Team practice alone is no longer enough to develop the necessary skills to be successful in today's junior, senior, high school or college sports programs. You need to exceed what is required from yourself in order to rise above the competition and improve your overall game. The few that are able to do this are usually the ones who wiadvance to the next level.

You must take ownership of your abilities. It's your responsibility to develop the individual skills that will take your game to a higher level - not your coach. He has the whole team concept to develop and evaluate how you fit into it. "Champions are made outside of practice!"

Professionals such as Karch Kiraly, Misty May, and Kerri Walsh all train using PlyoCity. Through Boomers' Summer Program, Plyocity training is available.

Beginning June 17th PlyoCity training will be offered at the following locations on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.:

- The Sagemont School in Weston
- St. Andrews School in Boca

If you are interested in training, please fill out the registration forms. The program is flexible in that you can come and participate and only pay for the sessions you are actually at.
